Team Wildcards Forum

303rd Wildcards,

Many of you know that from the beginning I have never wanted the CO of this team to be leading from behind a desk. The leadership style that we have built and that is expected requires the team to be lead from the field. Unfortunately at this time I am unable to fulfill this role due to other life commitments. Therefore, I am stepping down from the Commanding Officer role for the 303rd Wildcards, effective 12/18/11. Josh Fuerst will be the new team Commanding Officer. Please give him the same respect and support you gave me.

Per Josh Fuersts request I will remain on the Charlie squad on a part time basis as a Sargent. I will be handling some back end items as well as acting as the team publicist. Unfortunately you will not likely see at many or any large events this year. For those that are wondering what is the long term plan, I intend to be heavily involved in the team again in about a year.
