The Wildcard BRAVO teams form up the bulk and foundation of the team.
Unit Description: BRAVO members fills the basic infantry function of the team, in addition to being a back up / support squad in the field, will also be the primary individuals operating larger weapon systems such as mortars, light artillery, Crew served weapons, Armor / vehicles , and other special weapons systems.
One of the Goals of the 303rd Wildcards is to take airsoft / milsim to the next level. The BRAVO's are a huge portion of this goal.
BRAVO's will fully participate on team training days, attend national level events with the team, and will have limited support from the team sponsors. They receive the same basic training that the Alpha teams do and work closely with the Alpha teams.
Another function of the Bravo team is a place for players to further refine their kit, their skills and really see if an Alpha team position is the right thing for them. This allows the Alpha team members a better chance to get to know candidates (and vise-versa) over a longer period of time, train players of a longer period of time and ease the transition into a Alpha team slot.
Unit Requirements: Minimum of 16 years of age Attend and Pass Wildcard Basic Training, and have Reserve member standing for at least 2 months. Have the team uniform (Pants, Jacket and hat)* - Specific uniform pattern will be disseminated prior to Basic Training Not be a member of another team Meet the minimum Gear requirements: - M16 / M4 Mag based Primary Airsoft Weapon System is HIGHLY SUGGESTED - 10 Mid cap mags for primary Airsoft weapon system - LBV / Vest / Plate Carrier to carry Gear (Either OD Green, Green Base with tan pouches or Tan base with Green pouches) - Water / Hydration Device - Watch - Compass - GMRS Radio with earbud Meet the Minimum Reserve PT requirements (15 Push ups and 20 sit ups)
What to expect Priority or "special" National operation slots will be given first to Alpha team members, Bravo team members may be asked to fill a "special squad" but most operations will result in one squad being Alpha team members with a 2nd squad being Bravo Squad, Both working in the same platoon.
Bravo members will receive partial discounts from our sponsors (they will not receive the full discount that Alpha Team members get)
Bravo member form the bulk of the unit, and their responsibilities are proportional to that.
